1. Adopting single spindle single control,
the operation and stop of each spindle do not affect each other, and
multiple varieties can be carried out simultaneously;
2. Equipped with an automatic edge finding
system, each spindle automatically finds edges before operation, which
has high compatibility with yarn tubes and reduces labor intensity for
workers;
3. Adopting a constant tension control
system, the entire winding process is always in a constant linear speed
state, maintaining the consistency of internal and external tension,
forming well, which can greatly reduce the breakage rate in the
subsequent production process, improve the production efficiency of the

4. The spindle speed of this machine can
reach 12000 revolutions per minute, greatly improving the efficiency of
