PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product Introduction: This product is an equipment developed and produced by our company for producing fancy yarns. It adopts microcomputer control drive technology to achieve single spindle single control, high speed and high yield, and simple operation. The yarn produced by this product has a strong plush texture and a soft and fluffy feel, and can be widely used in knitting, weaving and other fields.
Product features:
1. Realize single spindle single control, each spindle position is composed of multiple independent driving motors, which work together at different speeds to achieve spinning of various process requirements for yarn.
2. Each ingot position can independently adjust the process, and each ingot can be used as a sampling machine. Each vehicle can produce one or more types of yarn according to demand.
3. High speed and high yield, simple operation, with a maximum spinning speed of up to 80m/min.
4. In addition to producing conventional monochrome yarn, this model can also be equipped with multi-color (2, 3, 4, etc.) feeding devices for producing multi-color (2, 3, 4, etc.) gradient, segmented and other colored yarns.
5. This model can be equipped with a spray wool set, and after installation and adjustment, it can spin spray wool yarn, achieving multiple uses for one machine.
