The FB478 four axis linked woolen yarn machine is a new generation of high-end computer intelligent woolen yarn equipment independently developed by our company based on FA478 yarn machine technology and combined with woolen textile process technology. It is suitable for spinning fiber lengths of 64-160mm and uses four servo motors to independently drive the four systems of ingot wing, stretching, tube, and dragon rib lifting. The mechanical main transmission system adopts a circular arc toothed synchronous belt drive, and the synchronous operation of the four motors is achieved under the control and coordination of the main controller. 
Product features: 
1. Twisting and other process requirements can be easily and efficiently completed by inputting parameters through the human-machine interface. 
2. Equipped with power-off protection device and constant tension spinning system, it can greatly improve the quality of the yarn. 
3. Equipped with an industrial control system database, it can store mature spinning processes of different varieties and counts, making process adjustments and variety changes convenient and fast. 
4. Optimize the design of the front transmission and layout, with a simple front layout, good heat dissipation, and easy installation and maintenance. 
5. Optimizing the structure of the stretching section can effectively avoid mechanical waves generated by roller torsional vibration. 
6. Adopting cable tray branching wiring, electrical installation is convenient and reduces electrical signal interference. 
7. The main transmission adopts synchronous belt transmission, which is smooth, low-noise, and highly efficient. 
One click restore of the 8 system is more effective. When the control system software parameters are broken, start one click restore to restore to the initial state.
