ZKM18 high-speed yarn pilling machine is suitable for pilling fancy yarns and traditional yarns of woolen fibers and other synthetic fibers, especially for pilling treatment of short fiber yarns. 
Product features: 
1. Spinning speed, twist, tension and other process parameters can be set through the human-machine interface, making process adjustment convenient and fast; 
2. Adopting servo motor drive and synchronous belt transmission, the transmission is precise and stable, effectively controlling yarn tension and improving yarn quality; 
3. Adopting independently developed patents and dual grinding wheel design, the velvet is more uniform and the spinning speed is faster. 
4. Optimized design of the fan, equipped with a muffler, resulting in lower noise and greater energy efficiency. 
5. Choose a circulating suction fan to make the work site cleaner and tidier. 
6. Segmented control of yarn tension, allowing for free adjustment of yarn tension.
