PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product features:
1. The rotation speed and winding speed of each roller can be set through the human-machine interface, making process adjustment convenient and fast;
2. Adopting servo motor drive and synchronous belt transmission, the transmission is precise and stable, effectively reducing the breakage rate and improving the quality of the yarn;
3. Adopting roller type fuzzing, the spacing between rollers can be adjusted, the fuzzing coefficient can be adjusted, and the number of winding paths of fuzzing yarn can be adjusted. Flexible process parameters can produce high-quality and diverse styles of fuzzing yarn.
4. The roller is strictly controlled in terms of dynamic balance, roundness, radial runout, etc., which improves the stability of the high-speed operation of the whole machine. The yarn output speed can reach 200 meters per minute within the allowable range of the process.
5. Equipped with a vacuum system to reduce the pollution of flying fluff and improve the working conditions of workers; Avoiding secondary pollution of yarn by flying fluff and improving the quality of fuzzy yarn.
6. The equipment has a self stopping function for yarn breakage;
7. The equipment has a full yarn self stop function;
8. The equipment has the function of synchronous shutdown in case of power failure;
9. Segmented control of yarn tension, allowing for free adjustment of yarn tension.
