The FA479 five axis linkage cotton spinning roving machine is a new generation of high-end computer intelligent cotton spinning roving equipment independently developed by our company based on the FA478 roving machine technology, using advanced technologies such as precise servo control to achieve electronic stretching of the roving machine. It is suitable for spinning fiber lengths of 22-76mm and uses five servo motors to independently drive the five systems of the ingot wing, one and two rollers, three and four rollers, tube, and dragon rib lifting. The mechanical main transmission system adopts a circular arc toothed synchronous belt transmission, and the synchronous operation of the five motors is achieved under the control and coordination of the main controller. 
Product features: 
1. Twisting and other process requirements can be easily and efficiently completed by inputting parameters through the human-machine interface. 
2. Realize electronic stretching, which can directly adjust the stretching ratio through the human-machine interface. 
3. It can spin special yarns such as large belly yarn. 
4. Equipped with power-off protection device and constant tension spinning system, it can greatly improve the quality of the yarn. 
5. Equipped with an industrial control system database, it can store mature spinning processes of different varieties and counts, making process adjustments and variety changes convenient and fast. 
6. Optimize the design of the front transmission and layout, with a simple front layout, good heat dissipation, and easy installation and maintenance. 
7. Optimizing the structure of the stretching section can effectively avoid mechanical waves generated by roller torsional vibration. 
8. Adopting cable tray branching wiring, electrical installation is convenient and reduces electrical signal interference. 
9. The main transmission adopts synchronous belt transmission, which is smooth, low-noise, and highly efficient. 
10. One click restoration of the system is more effective. When the control system software parameters are broken, starting one click restoration can restore to the initial state
